About this print
Some days stay with you for the hills. This one starts with a swim in Llyn Padarn under Yr Wyddfa, rides a big loop through the Ogwen Valley and round the mountain by Beddgelert, and ends with two laps of the Dinorwig slate quarry route.
We’ve drawn the swim, bike and run for you, so there’s nothing to upload. Add your name, the date and your times, and choose a layout: all three legs together on one map, or each leg in its own box beside a photo from the day.
Your total time leads, with your swim, bike and run splits beneath it, and your transition times if you want them. If you wore a watch you trust more than our line, you can swap any leg for your own GPX or a Strava activity.
Printed in the UK on heavyweight paper, unframed or in a black, natural or white frame. A digital download is available too.
Paper and frame
Sizes: A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), A3 (29.7 × 42 cm) or A2 (42 × 59.4 cm), standard sizes that fit ready-made frames.
Paper: 200gsm Enhanced Matte Art fine-art paper, with a smooth, natural-white matte finish.
Printing: Giclée, with pigment-based archival inks.
Frames: solid wood with a satin-laminated finish, in black or white, or natural wood with an oak-effect finish. Perspex glazing, supplied ready to hang.

Delivery and returns
Every print is made to order and sent free by tracked UK delivery. Unframed prints usually arrive 4–6 working days after you order, framed prints 4–5. We deliver to UK addresses only for now. The digital file comes as a download link in your order confirmation email.
If your print arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the preview you approved, tell us within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

About the Llanberis half distance triathlon
The day starts with a 1.9 km swim in Llyn Padarn, at the foot of Yr Wyddfa. The bike climbs the Llanberis Pass to Pen y Pass, runs through Capel Curig, the Ogwen Valley and Bethesda to Caernarfon, then comes round the mountain by Beddgelert and the Nant Gwynant pass. The run is two laps through the Dinorwig slate quarry, past Dolbadarn Castle.
The print draws all three legs for you, each in its own colour, with your total time as the headline and your swim, bike and run splits beneath it. If you recorded the day, you can swap any leg for your own GPX or a Strava activity.

Fine-art paper
Giclée printed with pigment-based archival inks on 200gsm Enhanced Matte Art paper. Its smooth, natural-white matte surface keeps map detail, type and the route line crisp.

Framed prints come in a solid wood frame with a satin-laminated finish, in black or white, or natural wood with an oak-effect finish, behind shatter-resistant Perspex glazing. They arrive ready to hang.

Questions, answered
Do I need to upload anything?
No. We draw the swim, bike and run for you. Add your times, and swap any leg for your own GPX or a Strava activity if you’d rather.
Can I add my transition times?
Yes. T1 and T2 are optional, and your total time can be added up from your legs or typed in as your official time.
Is this an official event print?
No. It’s made by Memories Made Outside and isn’t connected with or endorsed by the event’s organisers.
Can you add the race logo?
No. We don’t use event logos or suggest any link with race organisers. The print is about your day: your swim, bike and run, your times and the name you give it.
Do I get a digital copy?
Yes. Every print comes with a high-resolution file of your design, free, for sharing or printing again. We email you a download link with your order confirmation, and it works for at least 90 days.
